Browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work and be secure, and aggregated analytics data only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

To handle your request, assess the challenge you raise and reply with a proposal or a conversation. Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest in the pre-contractual relationship.

To send you communications about our services, content or cases only if you expressly tick that box. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

We keep form data while we handle your request and, afterwards, for the period needed to meet possible legal liabilities. If you subscribe to communications, until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, management and analytics tools) access it, under a processing agreement and with appropriate safeguards.

If any provider involves international transfers, they are carried out with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@weareco2nscious.com.

This site and its services are aimed at professionals and organisations; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
